I received an order conformation with a shipment/tracking number for an order i already received?
There was a little hickup in our new website and system wich was blocking this email. You don't have to do anything.
I just placed an order but would like to add something to it. Is that possible?
Unfortunately it’s not possible to add new products to an already placed order. It is also not possible to combine two orders to save shipping costs. What we can do is cancel your order so you can place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order; but make sure you do this as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please give us a call: (0)50-7370191.
Can I order for someone else?
Sure, no problem! When you place your order, you can also provide a second name and delivery address.
I have placed an order, but the payment failed. What to do?
If you have an account your order will be saved automatically can you can simply login and try to pay again (using the same or different payment method). If you don’t have an account then it is possible that you will have to place a new order if the items have disppeared from your shopping basket.
Please note: We only process paid orders, so if an order has been placed twice by mistake - only the paid version will be shipped.
I did not receive a confirmation email. What to do?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation within one hour of placing an order then firstly please check your spam mailbox. It is possible that your provider sees our e-mail as spam. If you haven’t receive a confirmation at all then please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I expect my order?
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days - unless other delivery times are stated by the product page. This does not include shipping times. It can take an additional 1 – 6 days for the post, depending on your country. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the UPS website.
What happens if my package arrives when I'm not at home?
All packages (outside The Netherlands) are shipped via UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the UPS website once your package has been shipped. You can track your package and choose one of the delivery options if the estimated time/date does not suit you. For example, you can have your order delivered to a neighbour, collect it at a UPS Customer Centre, reschedule the delivery for an other day or have it delivered to a different address.
A product does not meet my expectations. Can I return it?
Yes you can! If you are not happy with the product you recieved you can always return it. Postage costs for these returns are not covered by A Liitle Lovely Company. Returns must take place within 14 days. Articles that are defective or incorrect can be returned to us free of charge. When returning an order, for whatever reason, please always mail our customer service. They will forward you a Return Form and instructions for returning your order. Email: email@example.com.
Articles for return must be in their original state, in the original packaging, and where possible in the box they were sent in.
Where applicable: You will receive a credit note after your return has been processed, and your order payment will be refunded within 2 to 3 days.
Please note: Returns that are carelessly packaged or arrive damaged cannot be credited. The Return Form must be included and completed fully.

I received a damaged product. What to do?
All orders are packed with care and double checked. It is still possible however that items get damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged order please send an email (include your order number and a photo of the damage) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you as soon as possible.

I can't log in! What happened?
There could be several reasons why you can't log in. As a retailer you should always log in on our retailer website. If you're not a retailer of our products you can't log in on this website.
Please make sure you log in on the right website. If you lost your password and need a new one you can contact our customer service.
We remain the right to delete a retailer account if it doesn't meet our requirements. You can find these requirements in our terms and conditions.
General warranty terms A Little Lovely Company
Proof of purchase/a receipt is required to claim product warranties. The period of warranty starts on the date of purchase. Replacement of a product carried out under warranty will not cause the warranty to extend. The warranty is only applicable with regular domestic use and while following the provided instructions. The warranty does not apply when the defect is caused by incorrect use, an accident or improper maintenance. Damage caused by wear or accidents is also not covered by the warranty. A Little Lovely Company judges the damage to a product and determines whether warranty applies based on their own expertise. When warranty applies, A Little Lovely Company will arrange repair or exchange of the product. If the product concerned is removed from the assortment in the meantime, A Little Lovely Company will consult with the consumer and try to come to an agreement about an alternative replacement.
Light box 2 year warranty: The warranty on light boxes applies for defects on material and construction, and any defects concerning the LED-lighting. This warranty is only applicable with regular domestic decorative use and while following the provided instructions.
